How the calculation works
Working hours = hectares ÷ working capacity. Both DJI generators run for those hours; their litres/hour are added together. Set a generator to 0 if it is not used.
Battery reserve = hectares ÷ 2.5 Ha per cycle × replacement battery price ÷ battery lifespan. This allocates fractional wear across jobs; it is not the number of batteries to pack.
Equipment reserve = hectares × replacement value ÷ lifetime hectares. Enter the combined value of equipment you want to replace, excluding batteries to avoid counting them twice.
Business profit = revenue − salary − operating costs − replacement reserves. This is before tax and is not a cash-flow or loan-repayment calculation. Break-even includes your salary. Travel uses total return kilometres.
